I’m a single mom and a teacher – which makes life extremely busy. I know staying committed to your health is HARD, and excuses are easy to come by. I seriously deal with that little voice in my head all the time, trying to convince me to skip my workout or have a “cheat meal” – just this once.

Research shows that most people really benefit from having a partner in the process. I know it’s helped me stay on track, and it would be my honor to be that support to help you reach your goals, too!

  • You’ll also get a little dose of tough love when you need accountability!

As your online coach, my job is to help you set realistic health and fitness goals and to support you through a program that includes workouts, nutrition, and meal planning.

Each participant in the challenge group purchases their fitness program (I will help you select one of our programs) and commits to drinking the Shakeology superfood shake (included in your challenge pack) at least once per day during the duration of that particular challenge (usually 21-30 days).

I will help you stay on track, provide tips on meal prep, give you daily motivation, and you’ll get to meet some other really cool people in the group who have similar goals and challenges just like you! It’s really a win-win!

Let me be the first to say, I am NOT a nutritionist or a personal trainer. I’m just a regular gal who has her own ups and downs when it comes to food and exercise, just like my challengers.

I have been a teacher for the past 25 years, and I am also former binge eater, eating in secret as I washed down my struggles with food. All of this stress compounded when my kids left for college and I was left on my own after so many years of having such a busy house. But God’s strength is so mighty! I’m surviving it, with His help, and you definitely can, too!

I’m a proud “graduate” of programs such as Insanity, P90X, Turbo Fire, 21 Day Fix, and T25, and I feel I can definitely RELATE to you no matter which one you try. My experience with these programs, and my own struggles and successes, helps me help you!


First off, when you’re in a challenge group with me, the daily contact with the rest of the group helps keep us ALL accountable (myself, included!). Secondly, I do make a small commission from when someone orders a program through my referral (and I only recommend programs I’ve actually done or have seen results with my own eyes). This is compensation for my time and care in serving you, my clients and customers. 

After your initial investment is made, we are connected for as long or as little as you’d like – no added fees for my coaching. The commission is Beachbody’s way of compensating me for helping others reach their goals and fulfilling the mission of ending the trend of obesity, one life at a time.

So no, I don’t charge for my time, advice, or research I do in answering your questions. I am really just here to help.
