P90X3 Workout – Isometrix Review
This one was tough! Isometrix combines a ton of isometric moves with instability to really work the core and increase balance and strength. There was even a “burnout” phase at the end where you had to hold a crane pose for 30 seconds. I struggled, but I know I’ll get better in time. After all, I have 90 more days…

30 minutes went by quickly for me in this one. There weren’t many different moves, but we had to repeat them on the left and the right so before I knew it, it seemed to be over.
The not so good:
The poses were pretty very challenging, although I’m not sure this is a really bad thing. Sometimes it was hard to modify, so I took several breaks, which I anticipate will be less then next time I do this workout.
