P90X3 Workout – The Warrior Review
P90X3 – The Warrior is a total-body workout that uses no equipment, and is based on Tony Horton’s long history of working with our US Military on bases around the world. There is core and cardio work, lots of squats and lunges (again), as well as stabilization moves, which I’m not very good at yet, but I’m working on it!
- PLANK SPHINX PUSH-UPS
- SPEED SKATER
- DOWN DOG CRUNCHES
- SIDE LUNGE JUMP SHOT
- ELEVATOR PUSH-UPS
- DOUBLE UPPER CUT SPRAWLS
- ROLLER BOAT
- ONE LEG JUMP SQUATS
- THUMBS-UP PUSH-UPS
- ELBOW, OVER THE TOP ELBOW, SPRAWL
- FIFER SCISSOR TWIST
- WARRIOR SQUAT LUNGES
- SUPER BURPEE
- THINK DRILLS
- SPIDERMAN SQUATS
No equipment! ALSO, we get 3 one-minute water breaks which were quite necessary. I love Mark! His form is impeccable!
The not so good:
The modifier (Susan) didn’t seem to be in need of much “modifying”. I kind of wish she was less fit like a lot of people who are true beginners doing this program. Not a huge deal, but if I had to choose something, that’s what it would be.
