P90X3 Workout – Yoga Review
P90X3 Review – Yoga: This is a welcomed relief after the first two days! I’m not a huge fan of yoga in general, but I do recognize the importance of working on my flexibility. In fact, I’m glad it’s included in all of the P90X programs – it forces me to do it! If you liked the yoga in the other P90X workouts, but just didn’t have an hour and a half to spend, then this one is for you.

Like I mentioned previously, the 30 minute yoga class is awesome. I also really like the flow of each move to the next. There was a nice balance of balance and core strength to go along with the stretching.
The not so good:
The poses were pretty basic, so an experienced yoga enthusiast might not think it’s intense enough. My goal is to just get better trying to “perfect” this workout, as I am not the most flexible person.
