I believe wellness has as much to do with being happy and whole as it does with our fitness and nutrition. And let’s be honest – maintaining our weight, eating well, making sure we get enough sleep and all the other things it takes to stay healthy as we age is hard! It takes discipline to exercise when we would rather just binge watch This is Us with a bag of M&Ms. It also takes discipline to take time for ourselves, and take time out for rest and prayer, but God wants us to seek Him for all of this!
